Book Club
Wednesday June 25th
Wednesdays every 2 weeks
Looking for a welcoming space to meet fellow readers and dive into exciting book discussions? Whether you're a casual reader or an avid book lover, our Book Club is open to all! Every other Wednesday at 6 PM, we gather at Harvey's Coffee & Cocktail Bar to explore a variety of books chosen by the group. This casual, general book discussion group is the perfect opportunity for readers of all levels to network, share insights, and make new friends in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
While the club is open to all ages, we especially encourage young professionals (ages 23-45) to join in the conversation. Whether you're into fiction, non-fiction, or anything in between, come connect, chat, and discover new reads with us!

Ticket includes pottery and your choice of acrylic or glaze paint.
Optional add-on:
Glaze paint and firing +$5
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Feel free to arrive and leave at any time within the event time frame. You’re welcome to stay for drinks after you’ve finished painting! There will be several pottery pieces available to choose from, first come first serve. If you have a piece you would like to reserve, type it in the box below! How you paint your piece is up to you! This is not a guided class, but I will be around and more than happy to answer any questions and provide as much guidance as you’d like! If you are using acrylic paint, you will leave with your finished piece. If you are using glaze paint, you will leave the piece with me and I will return it to Harvey’s when it’s fired (typically about 2-4 weeks).GLAZE vs. ACRYLIC: Glaze paint is fired after the event, which usually takes about 2-4 weeks. It has a glossy finish and is more durable than acrylic paint. Glaze is what you would use at a traditional paint your own pottery store. Acrylic paint does not need to be fired, but we recommend applying a varnish top coat (which we provide) to protect the pottery and paint from water and soil of your plant.
